Peanut Butter Production Process

1. The raw material checking: Ensure there a specialist supplier to supply recycleables, after each batch of peanuts within the factory for physical test, moisture, impurities, imperfect inspection, after inspection qualified, then begin using.

2. Baking: Put qualified peanut in peanuts baking oven, set weather conditions are about 180-220 degree, baking for roughly 20-25 min. After baking peanuts have uniform color, no anxious burnt phenomenon.

3. Cooling: Baked peanuts towards the stainless cooling machine to awesome lower the interior this area.

4. Peeling screening: Peanuts after cooling are sent into peeling machine for peeling.

5. Manual picking: By hands remove foreign physiques, damage from insects, mold, anxious burnt grain, impurities, etc from roasted peanuts.

6. Mixing grinding paste: Place the qualified peanuts within the coffee grinder for the first salt grinding coarse grinding, ground in a medium fineness 100 mesh, adding stabilizer and related accessories, in mixing pot, place the peanut butter mix as well as heat to 100-110 degree to get the best-temperature sterilization. 8. Packing: Products after inspection qualified products use labeled packaging warehousing.
